With a mixed crowd from all sides of El Paso and a few people from Las Cruces, the first Sun City Comedy Open Mic Contest at Federal Courthouse Bar & Grill was a complete success! With host and MC Jorge Jimenez leading the helm on our debut night, it was a night filled with fun and laughter. Audience members participated at the new Joke-Off! A one joke contest in which audience members can participate in and win prizes provided by Federal Courthouse Bar & Grill and Hellpasostore.com

Winner of the first Open Mic Contest and $100 cash was up and coming performer Alex Portillo.
